There is a 5 day change of mind refund. If you pay and then change your mind and let me know within 5 days of payment, I will refund you with no questions asked. There are no refunds for any payments made after that 5 day window. If you have extenuating circumstances and need to leave the group before the 6 months are over, contact me to discuss. If you are on a payment plan, it may be possible for your monthly payments to be stopped. There are no refunds for payment in full if you have attended any of the groups sessions.

Dacia Davison is a mental health counsellor & occupational therapist with over 15 years experience working with people in practical ways. She has a strong focus on trauma-informed care, mindfulness, sensory modulation, neurodiversity, and simple, and sustainable wellbeing routines that actually stick.


What's Included:

In-person groups are held 1x per month on a Monday from 9:15-10:15am and 1x per month on a Tuesday from 5:30-6:30 

Face-to-face groups are held in Helensville central (monday mornings) and Waitoki central (tuesday evenings )

Each session is curated to guide you through simple, practical ways you can get to know your nervous system with all the tools you need to take away and use in everyday life after the session.

Individual support is available during the group to help you consider how to take the practices into your daily life.
